Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry from TheNehasCollection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 7-day window, are not eligible for a refund.
